Refund & Cancellation

If you decide to subscribe to any plan or offer from Softzix Pvt. Ltd.. and make the payment, please understand that the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances according to the law. Once you buy a plan from Softzix Pvt. Ltd.., it cannot be reversed.

After you make the payment and complete the necessary verification (KYC), Softzix Pvt. Ltd.. will create a user ID for you on their mobile app or website.

If your KYC verification is unsuccessful, you won't be able to access the services included in the subscription plan. Any payment made will not be refunded if the KYC verification fails. Therefore, to use Softzix Pvt. Ltd..'s services on their mobile app or website, you must successfully complete the KYC verification.

Once your user ID is created, if a transaction fails due to Softzix Pvt. Ltd..'s fault and we receive confirmation from the payment gateway, the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 3-15 working days. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund.

Please note that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded, excluding payment gateway charges and taxes.

If you have made a payment but haven't received the services, you can email us a complaint. Softzix Pvt. Ltd.. will investigate the issue promptly upon receiving your complaint. In rare cases, we may refund the payment after deducting necessary service charges based on our investigation.

Softzix Pvt. Ltd..'s responsibility is limited to providing a valid refund equivalent to the payment received for a specific transaction. We are not liable for any other claims or consequences arising from issues with our system.

By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between you (User/business associate/retailer/distributor/master distributor/stated head) and Softzix Pvt. Ltd..
